Post Nursing & Rehabilitation Center was established in 1968. From the day we opened our doors, our mission has remained at the forefront of everything we do.

Our mission is to be a beacon of service, compassion, and trust to our community, and to provide healing and comfort to our residents.

Here at Post, our nursing, administrative, and therapy staff are highly trained and experienced. Courtesy, respect, and professionalism are our core values, and we treat each resident and their family with the dignity and compassion they deserve. Many of our staff members also speak Spanish in order to best serve our Spanish-speaking community members.

Whether a resident requires long-term care, hospice, or only needs short-term rehab following a hospital discharge, our qualified staff is prepared to provide assistance.
